Once upon a spreadsheet, bae was a full-time finance girlboss — living on caffeine, KPIs, and quarterly reports. She spent years chasing numbers and figures until one day, she realized the only thing rising that truly made her happy was… dough.

So she traded her dual monitors for a mixing bowl, her blazers for aprons, and her morning rush for the smell of freshly baked bread. Now, instead of balancing portfolios, she balances flour and yeast, butter and sugar — and honestly, the returns have never been sweeter.

Baekhaus operates as a pop-up style baking studio & micro home bakery. We offer small, fun, hands-on baking classes, and a weekly rotating menu of bakery items made fresh for our family & friends, available for pre-order.
