Classes are designed for all levels, whether you’re a numbers nerd, a weekend whisk warrior, or just here for the vibes (and the carbs), these classes are your invitation to roll up your sleeves and rise — literally. We'll guide you through the same recipes that took a bread bae from financial forecasts to flawless focaccia.
Classes run about a half day (3-3.5 hours) and are intentionally small — so you’ll get plenty of hands-on guidance. You don’t need to bring a thing — just your appetite and maybe a friend or date who appreciates warm carbs as much as you do. Everything else, from ingredients to aprons, is ready and waiting. Each session blends a bit of theory with a whole lot of hands-on fun. You’ll learn the “why” behind each step, then make it happen — no guesswork, no stress, just clear, step-by-step guidance to help you master recipes you can confidently recreate at home. At the end, you’ll leave with your own batch of fresh-baked treats, new baking skills, and maybe a few new friends.
Each month will feature a roster of seasonal recipes — think cozy fall pull-apart breads, festive winter pastries, or bright summer mousses — so there’s always something new to whisk, knead, and fall in love with.
