FAQs

Where and when do I pick up my order?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your order, the time and location for pick-up will be specified in the email. Pick-up is located in Downtown Toronto (King West Village).

I'm unable to make the pick-up, can I make separate arrangements?
Please let us know via email 24 hours before the pick-up and we'll be happy to make alternate arrangements or provide a refund.

What ingredients do the baked goods contain?
Most of our baked goods contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and nuts, at this time we are unable to customize orders without certain ingredients. If you have any questions about the ingredients we use, please email us before placing your order.

How do I store and keep the baked goods for freshness?
While we suggest consuming our goodies the same day (as any fresh baked goods would taste best in), the best way to store unfinished bread would be airtight/ sealed and in the freezer to prevent moisture loss. When you are ready to enjoy them again, thaw and reheat in a toaster oven.
